[HUNTC-396] Violating school rules is collective responsibility! A boy does it on purpose, and as punishment, both boys and girls have to come to school half-naked with their lower halves exposed! The highly advanced school I go to has extremely strict scho (Censored)

The school I go to has a high rate of students going on to famous universities, but the school rules are extremely strict, no, it's not just strict, it's like the Showa era. If a student breaks a rule, it's not just that student who is punished, but the students in the same class are also held responsible. The punishment is a ridiculous punishment of being naked from the waist down inside the school building for a week, but what the teacher says is absolute, and students, both boys and girls, have no choice but to obey. Everyone manages to keep their senses during class, but outside of class... The boys in particular have no shame and will show off their dicks to the girls. The girls are reluctant at first, but gradually... Who would have thought that the rules and penalties established for education would drive the students crazy!
