[FPRE-005-ENGLISH-SUBTITLE] [ENGLISH-SUBTITLE] FPRE-005 At first, she was reluctant to save the man she loves, but... Reina Momozono, a huge-breasted nurse, became so addicted to the sexual harassment directors who hate her that they felt so good that they writhed and begged for pen (English subtitle)

Reina, a new nurse, recommends that her beloved fiancée be admitted to the hospital where she works in order to find a cure for a serious and incurable disease. As a result of the test, it was determined that the condition could only be treated with unapproved drugs from overseas. Although it cannot be used normally, the director requests that Reina's youthful body be offered to him in exchange for using the medicine for clinical use. Reina accepts the terms with a single desire to save him, and ends up experiencing an impossible pleasure from having sex with someone she despises.
